 This coloring book and its companion writing exercises can be used in art therapy (highly recommended by psychotherapist, Herb Martin, Ph.D., Peak Performance Consulting Group) as an additional tool to communicate for the mind/body/soul connection through writing exercises to increase self-awareness, promote cognitive health, reduce stress, resolve interpersonal conflicts, improve relationship skills, aid in PTSD and depression, and positively impact quality of life through practical participation. However, individuals are encouraged to purchase for the same reasons. Each of the 25 images has a companion writing exercise. For example:

Up to one year old; the term used mainly for young female horses is filly, used until the horse is three or four. Mothers and fillies bond very quickly and much of their communication is almost imperceptible to the human eye.

Recreational and sport fishing are primarily for pleasure or competition. Recreational fishing has conventions, rules, licensing restrictions and laws that limit the way in which fish may be caught. Big game/sport fishing is fishing from boats to catch large open-water species such as tunasharks, and marlin where the primary reward is the challenge of finding and catching the fish rather than the culinary or financial value of the fish's flesh.

 What obstacles do you feel are prohibiting you from reaching your primary reward/ goal?

This fascinating bird is capable of the most amazing feats despite its small size, such as traveling distances or being able to fly backwards. By affinity with the hummingbird, those we may be encouraged to develop their adaptability and resiliency while keeping a playful and optimistic outlook.
