Sample Questions:

Prancing Filly, page 2:  Up to one year old; the term used mainly for young female horses is filly, used until the horse is three or four. Mothers and fillies bond very quickly and much of their communication is almost imperceptible to the human eye.

Are you aware of your non-verbal communication? And, how can you become more intentional about how you use this?

Catching Fish, page 7:  Recreational and sport fishing are primarily for pleasure or competition. Recreational fishing has conventions, rules, licensing restrictions and laws that limit the way in which fish may be caught. Big game/sport fishing is fishing from boats to catch large open-water species such as tunasharks, and marlin where the primary reward is the challenge of finding and catching the fish rather than the culinary or financial value of the fish's flesh.

What obstacles do you feel are prohibiting you from reaching your primary reward/ goal?

Hummingbird Conference Call, page 23:  This fascinating bird is capable of the most amazing feats despite its small size, such as traveling great distances or being able to fly backwards. By affinity with the hummingbird, those we may be encouraged to develop their adaptability and resiliency while keeping a playful and optimistic outlook.

How can you learn to adapt to quickly changing scenarios and become resilient while still bringing joy and playfulness into your life?
